There are two types of memberships available for purchase: Family and Student. Family memberships consist of a single adult or married couple with children in the household between the ages of 12-17. The fee is $80 per year. Cash and Checks accepted.
A family membership consists of the “primary” member (the one who paid the dues) and “secondary” members (a spouse or children aged 12-17 living in the same household). Secondary members are not required to be listed unless they will be using the facilities without the primary member present so many members choose to only list their spouse if desired. Secondary members must be present for the safety briefing to be issued an ID.
Student memberships are for full-time college students ages 18-22. The dues are 50% of the family membership price. Members 18-22 who are not students will join at the family membership price.
The club has a scholarship for the child or grandchild of a member of the Baldwinsville Rod & Gun Club. The recipient must have been accepted by or is presently enrolled in an accredited two or four year college or technical institute and plans to use his/her higher education in helping to pursue a conservation related career. The candidate must display enthusiasm toward his/her field of study and the outdoor
sports and have demonstrated it through volunteer activities and organization memberships. One scholarship of $500 may be awarded for each academic year at the discretion of the reviewing committee.
Beginning each October, membership dues to join for the remainder of the year are reduced 50%; $40 for Family and $20 for Student.
Memberships that cover the next calendar year are not sold until the first weekend in December, at which time the dues return to their normal pricing. Please do not send checks for the following year until near December first.
All new members will be required to attend a club orientation, safety briefing, and have a picture taken before being permitted to use the facility. Upon completion, the member will be provided an identification card and code to the gate.
The membership team is available at the Clubhouse each Saturday of the month between the hours of 10AM and 12PM until further notice. No appointment is needed for new members, but please email us an application and photo beforehand if possible.
Members wanting to renew who already have an ID card can either come into the club and pay, or mail in a check and we will process it. Your new gate code and ID will be mailed to you. Due to USPS restrictions, we are not able to include the yearly button in an envelope. However, you may visit us when the membership committee is available to collect the button in person. If any of your information has changed, please complete and send in the membership form at the top of the page. This form can be filled out digitally and printed.
